Uninstall the Licensing Software
Check the Hidden Folder .
Delete these folders…
found in C:\Program Files (x86)\Proficy : Proficy License Server
and found in C:\ProgramData\FNEServer and see if there are any files there. If So, delete them.
Then Reboot the PC and install Program Files (x86)\Proficy\Proficy Common : Proficy Common Licensing.
Reboot the PC.
Install the latest version of the Licenses software that is applicable to your OS.
