Reboot the PC.
Check the Hidden Folder Delete these folders…
found in C:\Program Files (x86)\Proficy : Proficy License Server
and found in C:\ProgramData\FNEServer and see if there are any files there. If So, delete themProgram Files (x86)\Proficy\Proficy Common : Proficy Common Licensing.
Reboot the PC.
