CSN Mismatch / Different

Unfortunately,  we ( Automatech )  do not have the ability to correct this issue.  You will need to Contact GE Support to have them
modify the Device ID to accept the New CSN of the License.
If you currently have pre-existing licenses installed that are bound to a different CSN ,  then GE will either need to generate New Codes
or move the New Codes to the existing CSN that this computer is bound to.

Call GE at the Support number

(800) 433-2682 

Go into the Support Queue and then press the License Selection.

Press (2 ) -  Support
Then Press ( 1 ) for License issues.

GE will need the CSN of the Existing Device.
