There are firmware versions not compatible with the IGS

We have been using this list from GE to show what versions of IGS can communicate with Allen-Bradley ControlLogix, unfortunately it is not that accurate.

What is the IGS OPC Server supported firmware versions for Allen-Bradley Compact & ControlLogix?

IGS version 7.56 supports up to version 19.11 of ControlLogix firmware.
IGS version 7.58 supports up to version 20.11 of ControlLogix firmware.
IGS version 7.511 supports up to version 21 of ControlLogix firmware and RS Logix V20.
IGS version 7.514 supports up to version 21 or 24 of ControlLogix firmware
IGS version 7.517a supports up to version 23 and 24 of ControlLogix firmware.
IGS version 7.520a supports up to versions 26 and 27 of ControlLogix firmware.
IGS version 7.521a supports up to version 28 of ControlLogix firmware.
IGS version 7.62 & 7.63 supports up to version 30.11 of ControlLogix firmware.
IGS version 7.66 supports up to version 31.11 of ControlLogix firmware.
IGS version 7.68 supports up to version 32.11 of ControlLogix firmware.
IGS version 7.610 supports up to version 33 of ControlLogix firmware
IGS version 7.611 supports up to version 33 of ControlLogix firmware
IGS version 7.612 supports up to version 34 of ControlLogix firmware
IGS version 7.613 supports up to version 34 of ControlLogix firmware
IGS version 7.614 supports up to version 34 of ControlLogix firmware
IGS version 7.615 supports up to version 34 of ControlLogix firmware
IGS version 7.616 supports up to version 35 of ControlLogix firmware

Note: PTC (Kepware) has confirmed the following specific Firmware versions are NOT supported at all with the IGS:
20.14
20.19 
20.57
20.58 
33.12

Please use version 20.18 instead or 21.11, or above, for devices running with versions 20.14, 20.19, 20.57, 20.58. Use version 33.11, or above 33.12, for devices currently running with 33.12.
