License Expiration - USB Hardware Key

You will need to refresh the license. Insert the key on an Internet connected system that has License Client version 19.4 or higher installed on it.

Confirm that your key icon is lit up (The color will match your key type).

Open

Confirm that the server icon is lit up.

Open

In the Licensing Client program…

-Advanced Tab

-Option 1 “Refresh existing licenses on this computer”

-Click Refresh at the bottom right corner of the Window.

Performing these steps should update the USB key with an extended license date.
